The fire broke out Monday in a large house in Little Egg Harbor.
Firefighters freed a dog, the television station said. Neighboring homes were also damaged. The man was found in the house, officials said. Though his identity has not been released pending family notification, a woman who established aThe cause and origin of the fire remains under investigation.
