SAN ANTONIO — One person was injured after getting hit by a train on the west side of San Antonio Tuesday afternoon.Police say the man was trying to run across the tracks before the train came and he was clipped. He has lacerations to his head and possibly a broken leg.
Police say he refused medical attention or a transport to the hospital.
