Kacy Banks, 26, of Philadelphia, faces charges of first-degree murder, robbery and unlawful possession of a weapon in the Feb. 22 shooting, prosecutors said. Police responded to a report of shots fired on North Black Horse Pike at 3:05 a.m., officials said. Officers located the victim, Tarik Green, 28, of Millville, who was rushed to Jefferson Hospital in Stratford where he was pronounced dead at 4:43 a.m., authorities said.
