Tyler L. McKinney, 22, shot Brandon L. Blanton, 21, multiple times in the area of Franklin and Wallace streets in Woodbury around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to investigators with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.The victim was planning to “meet with individuals in order to sell marijuana,” according to an affidavit of probable cause filed in the case.
The gunman was seen by witnesses and on video running from the scene and discarding an object before driving off in another vehicle parked nearby, investigators said in the affidavit.
