Salt Lake police say a man shot and killed another man, who was not armed, on Tuesday on the west side of Salt Lake City.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — A man was arrested Tuesday after police say he claimed he made a &quot;snap decision&quot; to shoot an unarmed man he thought was going to attack him.
 &quot;(He) told the dispatcher he thought the victim tried to throw something at him while he was operating his vehicle.
