The MAGA billionaire “is expected to use office space in the White House complex.'

FILE - Elon Musk speaks before Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump at a campaign rally at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 27, 2024, in New York. The MAGA billionaire “is expected to use office space in the White House complex as he launches the so-called Department of Government Efficiency,”. Musk is expected to get space to work in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, which is next door to the White House.

“The location would allow Mr. Musk, who owns companies with billions of dollars in contracts with the federal government, to continue to have significant access to President-elect Donald J. Trump when he takes office this month,” The Times reported. Musk has been a constant presence at Mar-a-Lago since Trump won the election. The incoming president has publicly praised the Tesla CEO, but reports have surfaced of rifts between some MAGA loyalists and Musk.“I will get Elon Musk kicked out by the time he’s inaugurated,” Bannon said in an interview with the Italian newspaper. “He won’t have a blue pass with full access to the White House. He’ll be like everyone else.

Bannon added that Musk “should go back to South Africa,” where he was born, asking, “Why do we have South Africans, the most racist people on earth, White South Africans … making any comments at all on what goes on in the United States?” Musk spent an estimated $250 million during the presidential campaign to support Trump, contributing heavily to America PAC, a super political action committee that deployed canvassers, aired TV ads and reached voters digitally in battleground states. He had signaled after the election he was willing to back GOP primary challenges to Republican members of Congress seeking re-election in 2026 who waver on Trump’s appointments and agenda.
