The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said John Franklin Kvach, 53, was charged with five counts of child pornography possession and one count of dissemination of child pornography. He is being held in the Madison County Jail on $100,000 bond.
According to the sheriff’s office, the Alabama Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, with members from the sheriff’s office, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Huntsville police and Homeland Security, executed a search warrant at Kvach’s address following an investigation.
