BBJ said the Subaru franchise will move to the Grants Mill location, which Benchmark opened in 2017. Benchmark also sold the Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Birmingham dealership nearby at 1313 Grants Mill Way and sold that to a Georgia-based automotive group for $6.7 million in 2020, BBJ reported.
