A 34-year-old Louisiana man en route to the Jersey Shore to sexually assault a 14-year-old child for a second time was arrested Friday at Newark Liberty International Airport, authorities said. Spencer Caudle traveled to the Toms River area on May 27, had sexual contact with the teen and was planning another encounter when he was taken into custody, theCaudle, of Prairieville, had been communicating with the victim through the Whisper messenger application, prosecutors said.
