Indiana Pacers forward Jarace Walker joins Locked On Pacers - and joins Under Armour
Jarace Walker has always been on winning teams. His Houston Cougars were a one seed in the NCAA Tournament this year, and his high school program racked up victories. With the Pacers, Walker hopes to bring wins. He wants to make the playoffs.
"I feel like the biggest thing is just making the playoffs. That's what the team keeps talking about," Walker said.Walker is a talented young player, but he also has room to grow. He discussed how he approaches his improvement, and how he strikes the balance between improving his weaknesses while also maintaining his strengths.
"Everything I need to work on, that's really where I spend most of my time. Especially before practice after practice," Walker explained. Pacers Bikeshare program expanding with new e-bikesWalker is from Baltimore, Maryland, where Under Armour headquarters is based. The Pacers rookie signed with the apparel brand last week, and he became an Under Armour athlete."It just kind of felt like the right thing to do," Walker said of joining Under Armour.
