Sarah Snow, owner of Pib's Exchange in Sugarhouse, said while packaged costumes are running about $60-80 at her store, you can spend less if you are willing to assemble the costume yourself.More homebuyers back out of contracts over affordability concernsHer store offers a wide array of accessories including wigs, make-up, glasses, masks and other accessories to build any costume.

Pib's also offers a wide selection of vintage and used clothing that can be use for daily wear or costumes.
