11:02 a.m.: ABC 10News reporter Marie Coronel has learned 25 people are expected to testify for the prosecution over the course of the hearing, which could last up to three weeks. Millete has denied any involvement in his wife's disappearance and in a separate court case, he wrote in a declaration that he believed his wife left their home voluntarily.
