Jones hired McCarthy before the 2020 season to replace longtime coach Jason Garrett, whose contract was expiring. So who will the Cowboys target as their next coach? They'll have to lure away one of the top candidates from the several job openings in the league at the moment or find someone more off the radar. And one of the top candidates, Mike Vrabel, is already off the market, getting hired by the New England Patriots over the weekend.
