During Monday’s signing ceremony at City Hall, the mayor also announced a new partnership with the group "Futures without Violence" to offer citywide training on gender based work harassment and violence."The goals of this training program are to ensure that city government realizes the impacts of trauma related to gender based violence, recognize the elements of trauma, and how they may manifest themselves in the everyday workplace and our communities," Lightfoot said.
