My father once told me that being a farmer was like me working for my company for a year, getting no pay, then being told, “We think your work was worth $XX for the last year.” Waitstaff have this same scenario with every customer they serve.
It was truly a privilege to observe real greatness in action, and I am sure that the fans who witnessed the performance of Lionel Messi feel the same.Re: “I was led to believe I was trans,” by Soren Aldaco, Sunday Opinion. I fear many readers may believe that her experiences are the typical path for a gender-nonconforming child, while missing the nuances she describes in detail. In fact, there is a nationwide movement to characterize transgender treatment for children as the work of “self-seeking leftists who seek to exploit them and profit off them, with no real regard for the mental or physical health and future of these kids” , and to ban medical treatments.
So what does Gov. Greg Abbott spend his time on? Not improving health care, child care and quality of life for millions of Texas women and children. How is holding a signing ceremony for a bill that affects exactly zero Texans effective representation?Re: “Under Biden, is inflation down or are prices up?
