A Mundelein letter to the editor: The southern border is wide open, which is a slap in the face to every American taxpayer.
The southern border is wide open, which is a slap in the face to every American taxpayer. We had better control of the border in 2020. Also our economy was healthy. China, Russia, North Korea, Iran were in check. Our military was being rebuilt. Inflation and unemployment were low and minority employment was increasing. The market was strong and our 401s were growing. We were manufacturing more at home. We were energy independent and gas was about $2.15 a gallon.
We have cleaner air and water than most other countries and we were realistically working toward climate control improvements. Our leadership projects weakness. Our leadership should be communicating with all world leaders perceived good or bad. Our government needs to encourage Americans to go to work, have strong family values.
