Weather permitting, work will begin Monday and will continue for approximately two weeks. The right lane to 2nd Street on northbound I-83 will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Three lanes will remain open as will the exit ramp to 2nd Street.Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
