The Los Angeles Lakers' injury issues are getting worse.

Lonnie Walker IV has been diagnosed with left knee tendinitis and will be reevaluated in approximately two weeks.Walker has missed the Lakers’ last three games with his knee injury. He’s averaged a career-high 14.7 points and 2.3 rebounds this season, his first with the team after spending his first four in the league with the San Antonio Spurs. Walker is shooting a career-best 45.5% from the field in 32 games, too.
Reaves has averaged 10.8 points and 3.1 rebounds this season, his second in the league. The 24-year-old dropped 15 points in their win against the Charlotte Hornets earlier this week, and had 11 points in their win over the Miami Heat on Wednesday.. There is no clear timeline for his return, either. Despite the injuries, the Lakers have won three straight and four of their last five. The team still sits at 17-21 headed into Friday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks, which has them eight games back of first place in the Western Conference and 1.5 games out of the final play-in spot.
