On 5/6/19 at 7:37 PM EDTANGELA WEISS/AFP/Getty ImagesThe Met Gala 2019 is happening tonight at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, where dozens of stars are walking one of the most highly anticipated red carpets of the year. This year's event honors the Costume Institute's new exhibition, “Camp: Notes on Fashion,” and attendees were encouraged to don looks that celebrated frivolity, excess and satire.
Tonight that clique included Harry Styles, who arrived in a sheer black lace Gucci top, high-waisted trousers and single pearl earing. Styles, who came accompanied by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele, was a co-chair for the gala, alongside Lady Gaga. Serena Williams and, of course, Anna Wintour.
