Reality TV matriarch Kris Jenner said a tumor doctors recently found on one of her ovaries has grown.

"It never occurred to me that this surgery would be something that I would have to do," she later adds." The episode is entitled "My Most Important Job," which is a nod to a sentiment Jenner shared when she announced doctors first spotted the tumor. At the time, she spoke about how upset she was that she had to have her ovaries removed.
