Bulldogs won conference title after playing league’s toughest schedule

Kirby Smart has repeatedly questioned the fairness of the SEC’s scheduling format this year, and took an opportunity to do so again after Georgia beat Texas 22-19 in overtime in Saturday’s conference championship game in Atlanta.
Asked by ABC’s Laura Rutledge about what it means for Georgia to lock up a first-round bye for the College Football Playoff by virtue of winning the SEC championship, Smart didn’t hold back.
