The Police Academy actress, 66, played sex-positive publicist Samantha Jones in the original HBO series, which ran from 1998 until 2004.2 movie in 2010, claiming she wasn’t asked to be in the reboot after ‘making her feelings clear’ about a possible third film. While Kim didn’t appear in the first season of And Just Like That, Samantha was still part of the storyline and her absence was explained by a move to the UK after falling out with Sarah’s character Carrie.
Now, though, Kim is set to return in all her glory as a cameo in the final episode of the series, which follows Carrie , Miranda and Charlotte as they navigate lives in their 50s.
