Keanu Reeves reveals that, despite safety precautions, there are two occasions when a stunt performer was injured while making a John Wick movie.
The John Wick movies are chock-full of stunts involving guns, knives, and cars, and star Keanu Reeves now reveals that twice during filming a stunt person sustained relatively serious injuries. After the surprise success of the first movie in 2016, the John Wick franchise has only grown in popularity.
"Well I mean everyone is pretty tired – but it's the best kind of tired. It's like you climbed a mountain now you're resting; like you finished the game and you won. So in terms of accidents: I made a mistake once – I cut a gentleman's head open. So that really f***ing sucked . But other than that – oh, one guy got hit by a car. He was in the car, so he had to go to the hospital, but he was okay.
