This is, after all, the same person who wakes in the morning and tasks themselves with undertaking a Sisyphean trek around New York, each grueling step documented in hundreds if not thousands of tabloid shots.
“I also like to walk everywhere and so that makes me go towards flats and sneakers.” Who else would arrive at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Awards in practical running trainers and a strapless minidress layered over some frayed jeans? Holmes’s fans—and the countless publicists that thank the actress for keeping their brands in business—will perhaps have to acclimate to seeing less of their hero over the coming months.
