LaQuandre Rashaud Kelly was found guilty of murder Thursday morning in the 2021 slaying of 18-year-old Jeremy Fidel Jackson.

Jackson had attended Hueytown High School and worked as a manager at Crown Kitchen & Catering in Ensley.Kelly was taken into custody shortly after the fatal shooting.Testimony was given on Tuesday and Thursday, with closing arguments delivered Thursday morning.
