I believe a lot of the talking points on this board today are a result of that commentary.First play was a 1st and 10 at 11:34 in the first quarter on the Buckeyes 43. I'm unsure why they picked this play except that it didn't gain much yardage. Only gained 1 yard, but was blocked really well. Chip went the wrong way.
3rd play at 7:24 of 2nd quarter on Buckeye 28. Jones and Fryar pull, but the play is blown up because Gee Scott gets beat to his inside. Jones has to help Scott instead of getting to block the LB, and Jones pancakes Scott's guy. Trayanum gains 3 yards, but this play didn't do more because of Scott losing his match up.
