ICYMI: Next year's Greater Cleveland Sports Awards are scheduled for Jan. 25, with Browns legend Joe Thomas as host.
The event includes cocktail hour, silent auction and awards program. An after party will feature martini and dessert bars, food stations and disk jockey.
Tickets will be available starting in November for $350 and include cocktail hour, in-show refreshments and after-party access. Ten-seat tables range from $11,500 to $4,000.The sports commission aims to bring in sporting events to Northeast Ohio. Since 2000, the commission has been responsible for attracting more than 210 events that provide more than $830 million in economic activity to the region.
