In the past year, the two expanded their lifestyle and home empire with plans to launch a new cable network with HGTV parent Discovery, were named to Time magazine's 100 most influential people of the year and added to their family with the birth of their fifth child, son Crew.But their admiration for each other remains unchanged. "I love you Chip Carter Gaines," Joanna captioned a picture of the two lovebirds casually posing together.

They later met at her father's business, where Joanna worked, when Chip popped in to get his brakes tuned up. "We met in the waiting area and hit it off immediately.
