Subtle eyeliner and a statement red lip is a classic beauty look for a reason–and Jennifer Lawrence just pulled it off perfectly on the red carpet, in combination with (what else?) a little black dress.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. This old adage can be applied to many things, but it rings especially true in the case of Jennifer Lawrence, who stepped out in New York last night wearing a lips-and-liner combo painted by Hung Vanngo that has stood the test of time for very good reason.
To emulate her look, do as Lawrence does and keep the shape of the eyeliner on the finer side of feline, with just a hint of a flick so as not to overshadow the lips.
