He then told the crowd triumphantly that the “devil is a liar,” before delving into performance of the anthemic “Liar,” belting in the chorus, “You ain’t nothin’ but a liar/ Yeah, I walk right out the fire/ Yeah, you try to keep me down/ Try to put me underground/ But I’m only going higher.” Earlier in the night, Jelly Roll accepted the BBMA for Top Hard Rock Song for “All My Life,” his summer team-up with Falling in Reverse. The Grammy-nominated star is a finalist for three total BBMAs this year, including Top Song Sales Artist and Top Rock Artist.
The 2024 BBMAs are hosted by Michelle Buteau, and fans can catch all the fun as the show airs on Fox and Fire TV Channels, as well as Paramount+.
