While the photos were posted on Facebook in February and March of 2010, it’s unclear when the photos were actually taken. Epstein was convicted of state prostitution charges in June 2008, and was released from prison in August 2009 to a year of house arrest, which included trips to his Manhattan mansion and private island.wearing Harvard sweatshirts even though he never went there, and had no formal relationship with the university.
