MANAMA, Bahrain—President Trump’s senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner sought to breathe life into the administration’s foray into Middle East peacemaking Tuesday, imploring government officials and businesspeople to embrace the economic portion of a plan he called the “opportunity of the century.”
