Janey Godley will close the Glasgow International Comedy Festival this year as the comic continues to shows bravery in her fight against ovarian cancer.
The announcement comes just days after the Glaswegian comic embarked on what she has called the last run of shows of her life, her 'Not Dead Yet' tour. Janey is back on stage for the first time since her cancer diagnosis, entertaining crowds in Arbroath during the opening two nights of the show. The comedian is now heading further north to Inverness for her weekend shows.
