JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Action News Jax is at the scene of what the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has said was a body, partially discovered in the water of McCoys Creek near 1000 Stonewall Street.Patrol officers with JSO along with Jacksonville Fire and Rescue personnel responded to the scene after a citizen called 911 around 2 p.m. on Friday.

There, officers found a man partially in the water of the creek. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
