San Antonio's animal ordinance prohibits the sale of baby animals or dyeing them for Easter and throughout the year.
Dyeing baby chicks, rabbits and ducklings, or even possessing any that have been dyed is prohibited in San Antonio, according to a city ordinance.Before you start making a shopping list for Easter, some things are off limits in San Antonio — baby animals.
Animal Care Services spokeswoman Lisa Norwood said violators could face fines and mandatory court appearances.
