He is a multiversal villain who swears to take his revenge on Invincible. His major ability is to open portals across the multiverse in any dimension he wants. Being a pacifist, he decides to use this power for good. He collects all of his multiversal variants and convinces them to transfer their memories and knowledge of their worlds to his brain. But when he goes through the procedure, Invincible shows up to try and stop him. His intervention causes a huge explosion, kills all variants of Levy apart from the one with dimension-hopping powers, and disfigures him badly.
