Due to Omni-Man's betrayal, Cecil Stedman no longer trusts Mark to remain loyal to the Global Defense Agency, showing great reluctance toward sending him back out to protect the planet.
Invincible's First Episode Included A Bulletproof Easter Egg Close After gaining his powers in Invincible season 1, episode 1, Mark starts fighting crime in his pajamas, masking his face. Omni-Man then decides it is time to get his son a distinctive superhero costume, introducing Mark to the renowned super-suit designer Art Rosenbaum. When Mark enters the shop, he is immediately drawn to a mannequin that features Bulletproof's costume.
Bulletproof possesses superhuman reflexes, speed, stamina, and strength. However, he cannot sustain a continuous maximum exertion of kinetic energy, as this depletes his energy reserves. Furthermore, attacks that do not generate substantial kinetic energy, such as strangulation or crushing, can cause significant injury. Despite these weaknesses, his costume functions as armor to shield from such attacks, which might otherwise leave Bulletproof vulnerable.
