The prevalence of domestic violence in the state of Utah has brought attention to the concerning lack of resources available for victims, with less than 15 percent of those affected seeking help.

"So now we have our service providers operating at a deficit in many ways," said Wolf, shedding light on the financial challenges faced by organizations due to reduced federal funding and restrictions on its utilization.

Another critical gap identified is the availability of affordable housing for domestic violence survivors. "If we don't have a place for them to go and live, not just shelter in place, but a place they can go and live, then truly what are we doing for them?" she said. Wolf stressed the importance of collaboration, saying, "We really need every concerned Utahan to step forward, take a stand, and become engaged."
