Antoine Marcel Foster, 31, escaped from deputies at the Bexar County Courthouse after being sentenced to life in prison for shooting at two police officers.
An inmate who had been using a wheelchair and briefly escaped from the Bexar County Courthouse on Halloween had just been given two life sentences when he bolted. He shot two officers during a 2020 domestic violence call. Antoine Marcel Foster , 31, was found guilty by a Bexar County jury on Thursday on two counts of attempted capital murder of a police officer and two counts of aggravated assault of a public servant.

She told police she contacted them in fear that the argument was going to escalate, and Foster slapped and punched her, causing injuries to the right side of her face.
