Three Water Treatment Plants in Papar District Produce 58 Million Liters of Treated Water DailyThree water treatment plants in the Papar district have been able to produce 58 million liters of treated water per day since last night, according to Papar Member of Parliament Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali. The Kogopon and Jetama water treatment plants are now operating at their full capacities of 40 million liters per day and 13 million liters per day, respectively, while the Limbahau Emergency Water Supply Scheme (EWSS) plant is operating at half capacity, which is 5 million liters per day. There is a slight issue with the turbidity level of the water source due to flooding in the upstream area and the high turbidity of the water flowing into the rivers, which serve as raw water sources for the treatment plants. However, the production of treated water at the three plants is running smoothly.
