In an elaborate promo for the fourth season of ESPN’s “ManningCast” , the former NFL quarterback brothers set their sights on Broadway’s top prize. The 10-minute film depicting their effort, and the resulting mini-musical, is the latest outsized effort by Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions to drum up interest in the alternate ESPN2 broadcast ofThe film begins with the brothers enlisting help from Disney CEO Bob Iger, who agrees to give them “just one night” to put on a show.
