INDIANAPOLIS — Two suspects were arrested after an officer-involved shooting turned into a police chase in downtown Indianapolis early Saturday.heard gunfire, just a couple of blocks south of Monument Circle. Officers on the scene found two suspects when they exchanged gunfire with one of them.
