British actor Idris Elba said Monday that he believes Vice President Kamala Harris would be a"good" president.

Elba, who is accompanying Harris, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan, and other Biden administration officials on a tour of sub-Saharan Africa, spoke briefly with reporters about his and the administration's work to foster development on the continent. President Joe Biden is also expected to travel to Africa later this year.
