'I called 911 but they took 10 minutes- I believe he was long gone by the time they arrived' Another disturbing incident 7am in Dupont:

This morning at 7am I walking to the gym when I realized a man, standing in the doorway of an was holding the door open with one arm, and masturbating/aggressively waving his genitalia at me with the other.

I plan to speak to building management but be weary of this area, especially in early morning hours. I called 911 but they took 10 minutes- I believe he was long gone by the time they arrived. Unclear if he lives in the building but he was partially inside, holding the door open when I saw him.”
