At least 11 teams in the region won 20 or more games this season. Three won at least 30 and Bob Jones, the Class 7A champions, won 44. Bob Jones’ fellow Madison City Schools rival James Clemens won a school record 32 games – the third time in four seasons Johnny Johnson has coached the Jets to a school record.
