The suspect hit a woman and dumpster as he was trying to flee from police. After the wreck the suspect took off and remains on the loose.
HOUSTON — The search continues for the man police say led them on a chase Thursday night in southeast Houston. It was a chase that ended with an innocent woman being hit and killed by the suspect.
Police say the man ran several stop signs and traffic lights before hitting a dumpsters and woman who was walking on Rebecca Street. The car rolled over in a ditch and the suspect got out and took off on foot. After the crash, officers were seen using K-9 dogs to look for clues. As of 6 a.m. Friday morning, there was no sign of the suspect.
