The Formula 1 season will hit its stretch run when the Las Vegas Grand Prix hits the streets on Sunday.
There are just three races left in this Formula 1 season, starting with Sunday's Las Vegas Grand Prix. Entering this race, Max Verstappen leads the championship standings, expanding on his lead by winning the most recent race in Brazil.Verstappen has 393 points while Lando Norris is back in second with 331 points.
At Interlagos earlier in the month, Verstappen qualified just 17th in a rain-soaked weekend but came from the back to earn a shocking victory. Verstappen hasn't clinched the title, but it's going to be tough for Norris to mount any realistic attempt at dethroning Verstappen and preventing the Red Bull star from earning his fourth championship.George Russell is on pole this weekend while Carlos Sainz Jr. starts second.
