SPOILERS for House of the Dragon season 2, episode 3, & some minor spoilers for Fire & Blood, the show's source material.
While Baela Targaryen had a moment to shine in episode 3 with the full reveal of her dragon, Moondancer, Rhaena has been relegated to the background for most of her time on the show. She's been in the House of the Dragon cast for several episodes now but hasn't had opportunities to demonstrate aspects of her character until the scene where she's sent away.
In the book, Baela's Moondancer is too young to be ridden, but the series expedites her dragon's growth so she can take part in the battles. That contributed to suspicions that Rhaena would have a dragon sooner than later, but her being given dragon eggs by Rhaenyra indicates that one of them will eventually hatch into Rhaena's dragon, Morning.
