When meeting a final deadline or submitting a major piece of work, many students might take a celebratory picture to commemorate the special moment in their life.That was exactly what optometry student Ruth did when filing her all-important paper online on March 18, 2024. At least, that was what she thought she was doing, but when Ruth went back into the submission a couple of days later, she realized that she'd made a grave error.
'It may have been embarrassing at the time, but Ruth can laugh about her error now and she couldn't resist sharing it with her social media followers. In a hilarious TikTok video that was posted in August, she showed the moment she scrolled through the submission and unexpectedly spotted her selfie rather than the paper she'd worked so hard on.
