Lay your brioche slices into a rimmed baking tray and pour the egg mixture all over, allowing them to soak up the mix.Press raspberries and blueberries into the tops of the bread. Meanwhile, pre-heat a large non-stick pan on a medium heat and add in the butter.
Place the brioche berry side down and cook for 6-10 mins, until golden and crisp. Press more berries into the top of the slices, flip and repeat the cooking.Meanwhile, mix tahini, honey and hot water until a drizzling consistency. You may not need all of the water, you may need more. Top the French toast with more berries, dust with icing sugar and drizzle over your tahini honey sauce.
